1. Overview
At HONEYCOMB 3D, each item is produced through a 3D printing process. Because of this, small differences in surface finish, texture, or minor layer lines can occur and are considered normal product characteristics, not defects.
We care about quality and customer satisfaction. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacement requests are accepted only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos/videos of the defect or damage and your order details.
- Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Issues related to normal 3D print characteristics (minor layer marks or slight finishing variation).
4. Refund Process
- Send your request within 48 hours with proof of issue.
- Our team reviews the case and may ask for additional details.
- Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement, repair support, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
Please note: a cash refund is not guaranteed in every case. Resolution is based on product condition and review outcome.
5. Shipping Responsibility
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will guide the return/replacement process. For non-defect situations, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
